Submission Platform

Applications for laboratory accreditation are currently submitted via a phpbb forum-based platform. Use this application portal to submit your completed application, including all supporting material.

• If you are a new applicant, you must register first. Once your registration has been processed, a online forum will be created to receive your application materials.
• If you are an applicant representing a laboratory with an existing user login and application forum, please login with those credentials. For assistance with logging in, please contact CMLA.

Please follow these instructions for uploading your applications and supporting material to your assigned forum.

Application Fee

An application fee of $1200 USD is required to process your application and begin the review process. The application review will not begin until all of the application materials are uploaded and the application fee has been received. Credit cards are not accepted at this time. A check or money order made payable to the Commission for Motion Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. should be mailed to:
